• Registration and job applications for job seekers on JobYatra.ai are completely free.

• Since no fees are charged, no refunds apply for job seekers.

Employers may purchase paid services including but not limited to:

• Job postings

• Premium or subscription plans

• Featured or highlighted job listings

• Other recruitment-related services

All payments made by employers are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after payment

• Partial usage of services

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the employer

• Failure to receive applications or expected hiring results

• Account suspension or termination due to violation of platform policies

If a payment has been successfully deducted but the paid service is not activated, employers must contact JobYatra.ai support within 7 days of the transaction date.
Valid issues will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.

• Employers may choose to stop using paid services at any time.

• Cancellation of services does not entitle the user to any refund.

JobYatra.ai reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms & Conditions without refund
